X Games & Skate Like a Girl

WSA partnered with Seattle nonprofit Skate Like a Girl and ESPN to create the first ever global female skateboarding qualifying contest for X Games. The Wheels of Fortune annual contest took place in May 2016 at All Together Skatepark. As a prequalifying WSA sanctioned event, the top two finishers from the Wheels of Fortune Advanced Division were selected as “Wild Card” athletes to officially compete in Women’s Skateboard Street X Games Austin, held in early June 2016.
